We are happy to introduce to our students the newly constructed Villa "Casa Marina". The distance from the Villa to the sea is only 30 meters, its architecture follows the regional tradition. This recently built property is one of the best places you can choose for your stay in Castiglioncello.

Our Villa Tuscany is located near the center of Castiglioncello.and is surrounded by a park. This ideal and quiet setting guarantees our students peace and enough space and time for contemplation even on the busiest of days.

The apartment villa consists of 14 private apartments, each about 75 square meters with 2 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, big living room with kitchenette. The apartments are newly furnished with TV and have central heating (heating period: 15th November - 31st March).

Each apartment has two balconies, at least one of them with sea view. The apartments on the ground floor share a huge terrace.
The Villa offers free internet access (time limited), on the basement is a separate washing room with a washing machine (available at 5 Euros per use).
A private internet access (lan) in the apartment for your laptop is optionally (Euro 15 / week).
A private bathroom for students with flatshare is possible ( Euro 45 / week)
Please bring also a deposit of Euro 100 at the first day.

For each apartment is one parking space available in the underground garage where an elevator can be used to reach the upper floors.

The park of the Villa is a place to relax and offers a perfect view of the Mediterranean and the Islands of Elba, Capraia and Corsica. A wonderful view on sunsets and sunrises is guaranteed as well.

The Villa is situated in "Via Demi". School, Castello and the piazza are within a walking distance of about 10 - 12 minutes. Along your daily way to the school, bars and shops invite you for a visit, alternatively you can choose the beautiful boardwalk that passes right in front of the Villa.

Normally, 2 - 4 students share one apartment. Rooms can be booked as singles or doubles. Please note that students traveling on their own can only book single rooms. Two (two single rooms) or more persons travelling together can reserve an apartment without other students.

The prices for this accommodation are in the price list, additional charges are Euro 30 per week for final cleaning, electricity, gas, water and heating (Euro 45 during the heating period).

Towels and linen are mandatory, you can bring your own or rent a set for a fee of Euro 10.
