We look forward to welcoming our participants to the Sea-built residence Villa Casa Marina. The beautiful villa not only impresses through their architecture. It is harmonious and gentle in the existing villa landscape along the coast of Castiglioncello, which was built at the beginning of the last century.

The villa is located close to the center of Castiglioncello in the Via Demi 5.

The language school is also located here.

By It is only a 10 minute walk to the center. Along the way, the numerous bars, shops and newspaper shops to linger on.

The boardwalk that is right in front of the villa Tuscany begins, leads along small bistros, restaurants and beaches to the right down to the center and to the left to the port.

The villa has 14 apartments - spread over 4 floors. All apartments are approx. 85 square meters in size; and well furnished. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms, each double (can also be reserved as single rooms), 1-2 bathrooms with shower and window, a large living room with fully furnished Kitchen, sofa bed, TV and free WiFi. Every apartment has two or three balconies, at least one of which has a sea view. When booking a single or double room, the living room and kitchen area are shared with another person. However, complete apartments can also be booked (double the single room price).

The bedrooms can be used as Single or double rooms can be booked (usually two to four participants housed in an apartment).

Four apartments have 2 bathrooms. The surcharge for a private bathroom is EUR 30 per week.

Bed linen and towels can be brought along or borrowed for a fee of EUR 13 per set (must be to be paid directly on site!)
Course participants traveling alone can only book single rooms or reserve an entire apartment for an extra charge.

The studio apartment 15 (48 m²) on the 3rd floor of the villa is a loft-like apartment for sole use for one or two people with a fantastic view of Elba, Corsica and Capraia.

The surcharge for the studio apartment is 90 € / week for a single room and 50 € / person / week for a double room.

We recommend early booking for the studio apartment. It is extremely popular and often reserved many months in advance.

The four apartments on the mezzanine floor share a large terrace, which is furnished with tables and chairs. Due to the dense vegetation of the park, the sea view is limited on the ground floor.
In the basement the participants are in a separate washroom, two washing machines available (Euro 2 per use).

Private parking spaces (free for language course participants) can be found in the underground car park and in front of the Villa. All apartments are accessible by elevator from the underground car park reach.

When handing over the keys , a deposit of Euro 100 required, this will be given when the keys are returned and when the Apartment to be refunded.

Wonderful view from the villa ´

The villa is located close to the center of Castiglioncello directly by the sea , in a spacious natural park that leads up to approx. 5 m to the sea (cliffs, no descent possible).
The promenade is about 150 m long and has several steps, ideal for walking Joggers and strollers. The next free sandy beach is approx. 400 meters away.

The park of the villa (4.000 qm) , with its bright colors and the Mediterranean vegetation and flora, has space to relax and a wonderful View of the offshore islands of Elba, Capraia, Gorgona and Corsica. Beautiful Sunrises and sunsets can happen here every day to be enjoyed.

Lunch and dinner: All participants who do not want to cook themselves have the opportunity in one Restaurant in the center near the piazza to get to know the Tuscan and Italian cuisine well and inexpensively.

Apartments in Castiglioncello
If the Villa Casa Marina is fully booked, we reserve additional apartments in Castiglioncello.

The apartments are all within walking distance to the Italian language school and to the beach in quiet streets. The apartments each offer 2 bedrooms and shared Use 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 living room. The apartments are fully furnished and have heating (heating period 11/15 - 31.03.). Each apartment has a separate entrance. The kitchens of the apartments offer the possibility to Self-catering and are fully equipped.

Bed linen and towels can be brought or can be borrowed for a fee of EUR 12 per set.
