Prices Studio Apartment 15:
on the 3rd floor of the villa (48 m²) for exclusive use
- For 1 Person: SR-Price + 130 € per week).
- For 2 people: double room price + €65 per week per person

Prices Studio Apartment 14:
on the 3rd floor of the villa (60 m²) for exclusive use
- For 1 Person: SR-Price + 200 € per week).
- For 2 People: double-room-price + 110 € per week per person

Extension of your stay
We would be happy to make you an individual offer.
|
Prices include:
Registration fee, internet and parking space in the villa.
Individuals can only book single rooms or complete apartments
(2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living area for double Single room price).
For cross-season registrations, the prices are calculated proportionately
|
Extra costs
- Final cleaning and disinfection: €70 per apartment (divided by the number of people)
- Electricity, gas, water: €3 per day per person (€6 per apartment):
1 week: 18 €, 2 weeks. 36 €, 3 weeks. 54 €, 4 weeks. 72 €
Optional:
- Bed linen and towels: 14 € per set (alternatively, you can bring your own)
- Private bathroom: 30 € per week
- Washing machine: 3 .00 € per use

Heating period from November 1st to April 15th In the period from November 1st to March 26th, only individual lessons and 2-to-1 lessons are possible.

During this period only complete 2-bedroom apartments can be rented.
The accommodation prices in the villa during this period are: €80 per day. Plus additional costs.

Leaving the apartment behind
The apartments must be left swept clean, especially the kitchen!
Used dishes, cutlery, pots and glasses must be washed.
Broken dishes, glasses or other items must be replaced or paid for before departure. (see Terms and Conditions).
